By creating an account, accessing, or using Elikianet, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.

Elikianet is a healthcare access, pharmacy-management, and community platform.

Its current services may include user accounts and profiles, Elikianet Social, user connections and discovery, messaging, pharmacy discovery, medication availability information, pharmacy-management tools, inventory functionality, reservations or orders where available, transaction or receipt functionality, and related services.

Elikianet is continuing to develop.

Features may be introduced, modified, limited, or discontinued as the platform evolves.

The presence of developmental or internal functionality does not mean that such functionality is currently available as part of the public service.

You must be legally permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you.

When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current and to maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity results from circumstances for which applicable law provides otherwise.

You must not share authentication credentials in a way that compromises the security of your account or the platform.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Elikianet promptly.

Elikianet may provide different account types for users, pharmacies, professionals, businesses, students, organizations, or other eligible participants.

Some features may require verification before they can be used.

Where verification is required, Elikianet may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to assess eligibility.

Providing false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized verification information may result in rejection, restriction, or suspension of the account.

Elikianet may allow users to create profiles, publish content, follow or connect with other users, comment, react, share content, communicate, and participate in community features.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish or communicate.

You should not share private, confidential, medical, financial, or other sensitive information through public features unless you understand and accept the audience with whom that information may be shared.

Elikianet may provide visibility or audience controls for certain content, but users remain responsible for selecting appropriate settings and considering what they choose to publish.

You may not use Elikianet to:

• impersonate another person or organization;
• engage in fraud, deception, harassment, threats, or abuse;
• publish or transmit unlawful content;
• violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• distribute malicious software or attempt to compromise platform security;
• obtain unauthorized access to another account, system, or data;
• manipulate, scrape, probe, overload, or interfere with the service in an unauthorized manner;
• use automated systems in a manner prohibited by Elikianet or applicable law;
• misuse pharmacy, medication, identity, verification, or transaction functionality;
• promote dangerous, fraudulent, or unlawful activity; or
• use Elikianet in a way that materially harms other users, pharmacies, Elikianet, or the integrity of the platform.

Elikianet may investigate reports and take appropriate action when these Terms or applicable policies are violated.

You retain ownership of content that you create and submit to Elikianet, subject to any rights belonging to other people.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Elikianet a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Elikianet services and to display the content to the audience you select.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Elikianet.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit content that you provide through the platform.

Elikianet may restrict or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to valid legal requirements, protect users, or maintain platform safety and integrity.

Pharmacies using Elikianet are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the business, licensing, inventory, pricing, medication, transaction, and other information they provide through the platform.

Pharmacies are responsible for complying with professional, licensing, medication-dispensing, recordkeeping, consumer-protection, tax, and other requirements applicable to their operations.

Elikianet provides technology and management tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a pharmacy using Elikianet operates as an independent business and is not an agent or employee of Elikianet.

Elikianet may help users locate pharmacies and view medication or inventory information supplied or maintained through the platform.

Medication availability, inventory quantities, prices, opening hours, and other pharmacy information can change.

Elikianet does not guarantee that medication displayed as available will remain available when a user contacts or visits a pharmacy.

Users should confirm important medication, availability, pricing, pickup, and dispensing information with the relevant pharmacy.

Elikianet is a technology platform and is not itself a physician, pharmacist, hospital, emergency-response service, or substitute for professional medical care.

General medication, pharmacy, community, educational, or informational content available through Elikianet should not be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, individualized treatment recommendation, or emergency medical advice unless it is specifically provided to you by an appropriately qualified professional acting within their professional relationship and applicable scope of practice.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or seek immediate medical care.

Where Elikianet provides reservation, order, transaction, or receipt functionality, those tools are intended to facilitate interactions between users and pharmacies.

A reservation or digital interaction does not necessarily guarantee that a medication can lawfully be dispensed.

The pharmacy remains responsible for confirming availability, applicable prescription requirements, professional review, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law.

Users are responsible for reviewing transaction information and raising questions or disputes with the relevant pharmacy or Elikianet support when appropriate.

Elikianet may provide messaging between users and between users and pharmacies.

You must use messaging lawfully and respectfully.

You should not rely on ordinary platform messaging for urgent or emergency situations.

Elikianet may take measures reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Some Elikianet functionality may rely on or interact with third-party services, including authentication, infrastructure, communications, location, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Elikianet is not responsible for independent products, websites, or services that it does not control.

Elikianet and its associated software, branding, interfaces, designs, logos, technology, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted through the service, these Terms do not grant you ownership of Elikianet's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected parts of Elikianet except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Elikianet.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, authentication, permissions, security measures, usage restrictions, or technical protections.

You may not intentionally test, probe, scan, exploit, or interfere with Elikianet systems without authorization.

Security concerns may be reported through Elikianet's support channels.

Elikianet may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all services when reasonably necessary because of:

• fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• threats to users or platform security;
• misuse of pharmacy or verification functionality;
• repeated harmful conduct;
• legal or regulatory requirements; or
• other serious risks to the integrity of the service.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, Elikianet may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Users may stop using Elikianet at any time and may use available account closure or support mechanisms where provided.

Elikianet is an evolving platform.

We may add, modify, improve, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue features as the service develops.

We may also perform maintenance or respond to security, operational, legal, or technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, in every location, on every device, or to every account type.

Elikianet may analyze appropriate operational and service information to maintain and improve the platform.

For pharmacy-management services, this may include analysis of medication availability, inventory movement, medication-use or transaction trends, and related operational information.

Where appropriate, aggregated or de-identified information may be used to develop analytics, forecasting, medication-access insights, and broader public-health understanding.

Elikianet retains its rights in its proprietary algorithms, models, analytical methods, platform improvements, and technology.

The Privacy Policy explains how Elikianet handles personal information in connection with the current services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elikianet is provided on an "as available" basis.

Although Elikianet works to maintain reliable and useful services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every piece of user-submitted, pharmacy-submitted, community, inventory, pricing, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elikianet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Elikianet is not responsible for the independent professional, commercial, or legal acts of pharmacies, users, or third parties using the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You are responsible for using Elikianet lawfully and appropriately.

You are also responsible for decisions you make based on information available through community, pharmacy-discovery, medication-availability, or other informational features.

When professional medical or pharmaceutical judgment is required, users should seek appropriately qualified professional assistance.

Elikianet may update these Terms as the platform evolves, as services change, or as legal or operational requirements develop.

When the Terms are updated, the effective date will be revised.

Where appropriate, additional notice may be provided for material changes.

Continued use of Elikianet after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer, privacy, healthcare, professional, or other legal protections that apply to a user and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
